The Wiradjuri are the largest Aboriginal group in central New South Wales, by area and population. The people of the Wiradjuri country are known as “people of three rivers” being the Macquarie river (Wambool), Lachlan River (Kalari) and the Murrumbidgee River (Murrumbidjeri) which border their lands.
Yinyamarra is a Wiradjuri word.
The Wiradjuri phrase yindyamarra winhanganha means the wisdom of respectfully knowing how to live well in a world worth living in.
Yindyamarra Care aims to support people living with a disability to live a life worth living.
Our Mission
Our mission is for Yindyamarra Care to provide a quality support service to our participants. Our aim is to offer supports to our participants so they can live a life worth living. Our mission is to create a great team of individuals that will empower each other to deliver quality supports to people living with a disability.
Yindyamarra Care believes that every person has the right to live a good life of meaning and purpose. Yindyamarra Care is a person centered support service that will support the individual to live their life the way they want and how they want to live. We will be the support to make their lives easier and to enable them to live inclusive and meaningful lives. We will be the support for them to achieve all the great things life has to offer. Our mission is to support our participants so they can achieve their goals.
Our mission is to create a Disability Support Service that offers exceptional care, support, mentoring and friendship to our NDIS participants.
